4. Location data
With your permission, AccessWayz uses location data to show nearby transportation options and improve route relevance. You can turn location access off in your device settings. Some nearby-search features may then be unavailable.
5. Your choices
You may update your profile, remove saved locations, change app permissions, unsubscribe from beta emails, or request access to or deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.
6. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with law, and to resolve disputes.
7. Children’s privacy
AccessWayz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AccessWayz develops. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or email.
